What type of payments option do you have?
We accept payments in cash or by credit card via our Paypal account.
Are your products warranteed?
Our products are warranteed from manufacturer's defects for one year. Should a problem occur with your product after the warranty date is over, we are able to repair most of our products at a very reasonable rate.
What is your returns policy?
We will provide full refunds on all of our products until 30 days after the purchase date, with proof of purchase, as long as the product has not been used.
How environmentally safe are your products?
Our products are non-harmful, non-toxic and available in UV stable coatings. For further information, please contact us.
How do I place an order?
Currently, to place an order you must contact us with your details and we can begin the easy ordering process.

Yes. Please let us know your requirements.
Will you do any price matching?
While our products are completely different from any others of our kind, we will do our very best to get your the fairest price as possible, in order to compete with our competition.
Shipping Information:
If you are in an area outside of Essex County, Ontario, Canada, we can ship to you for a flat rate via parcel service, express parcel service, overnight parcel service, Canada Post. Your shipping rate will be available to you before making your purchase. Should you wish to have your items shipped to you without paying the shipping rate to Muscle Guard, please provide us your own shipping account information.
